Online Renewal Instructions

  1. Go to the Season Renewals page above.

  2. Type in your Account # or account email and password in the appropriate forms.

  3. Click “Sign In.”
    PLEASE NOTE:  If your PPAC account is not linked, you will not be able to access your renewal form on line. See below for Instructions on how to link your account.

  4. Under Applications, click on 2024/2025 PPAC Subscription Renewal - New Application

  5. Your Renewable items will now be listed.

  6. Under Special Requests, you may use the drop down menus to request Upgrades. Choose any location preferences – such as only wanting to be moved closer if you can remain on the aisle – or leave notes in Comments regarding particular seating requests.

  7. Beneath this form, you will see a long list of shows. As a subscriber, you have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets in advance. If you wish to do this, continue to the next step. If not, skip to Step 11.

  8. Click on the title of the show that you would like to purchase tickets for, and ensure that you have picked your preferred date. This will bring you to a new page.

  9. Select the Price Level and Quantity of tickets that you would like to purchase, as well as any location preferences before clicking “Add To Application.”

  10. Once done selecting all of your extra tickets, scroll to the bottom of the page to see your additional tickets and Grand Total. If you change your mind, you can click “Release These Tickets.”

  11. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  12. On the left you will see a dropdown menu where you can choose your Payment Plan, either Full Pay or 8 Installments Pay. Below on the right, you will see your total items, Application Total and your Amount Due Now. This is what will be charged today.

  13. If this is satisfactory, click the “Add To Cart” button at the bottom of the page. This will bring you to your Shopping Cart, where you can select your Delivery Method and click the “CHECKOUT” button to finish your transaction.

  14. Verify your billing and mailing address, fill in your credit card information, and check the box to agree to our terms and conditions before clicking the “SUBMIT PAYMENT” button.

  15. Congratulations! You have renewed your PPAC Broadway Series Subscription for the 2024/2025 Season! We recommend printing or saving a copy of your electronic receipts for your files.

 


To link your account

You will need your Account Number and a PIN from the Box Office in order to link your account.  Please call (401) 421-2787 to get your PIN.

  • Go to My Account
  • My Tickets
  • Click on Season Renewal Application to continue to Renew online
