How do I book a group?
Contact Paul Hiatt, PPAC Group Sales, at (401) 574-3162 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Let Paul know the events that you would like to attend and he will give you all the info you need to put your group order together.
I don’t quite have a group of 10 to 15 or more. What can I do?
PPAC Group Sales helps you build your group with flyers of pricing and seating information on the show of your choice. Paul is happy to either mail you physical fliers or send you a PDF via email. Additional promo items may also be available; please inquire with Paul.
What is the payment process?
Once you decide on an event, performance date, seating area, and estimated number, we will put your seats on reservation with a deposit of 25% of the total order.
Over the next 3 months, or up to 60 days prior to show date, you will pay the remaining balance with up to 3 additional payments. Using a credit card for your deposit is the best option, but PPAC will hold seats under your group name for up to two weeks while awaiting deposit, if by check. (Policy may vary by show.)
Is bus parking available for our group?
When booking your group order, please let us know if your group is coming on a bus (and how many), so that security can keep track of their arrival. Bus parking is available in the area around the theater. Please call or email Paul, prior to your show date, and we can discuss some possible easy parking ideas for your bus and driver. Upon arrival, your bus driver should watch for directions from security, if entering the drop-off lane and plan to disembark at the far end of the lane, so that we can also accommodate other cars as they pull up to drop-off, as well.
What other ways can we make our group event unique?
Ask Paul about post-show special events, such as Q & A talkbacks with cast members, often available to school groups, tour operators, fundraising groups, Scouts night, and so on.
Downcity is a great place for pre-show get-togethers at one of our many restaurants and hotels, close to PPAC. For the possibility of a post-show gathering (up to 60 people), depending on schedules and prior bookings, we may be able to rent your group the Lobby Lounge, off of the main lobby, and I would be happy to discuss that with you.
