Group Tickets
Special discounts are available for group orders of 10 tickets or more for most of our Broadway and family/kids shows, concerts and comedy specials.
Many shows offer student groups, scout groups, seniors, and family groups special pricing. Look for offers in the group pricing list on each show’s info page.

What is the payment process?
Once you decide on an event, performance date, seating area and estimated number, we will put your seats on reservation with a deposit to hold them, for orders of 10 tickets or more.
- For shows less than 2 months away, we ask for full payment upon order.
- For shows 3–4 months awat, we ask for 2 equal payments: one at the time of the reservation, and the balance 6 weeks prior to the show open date.
- For shows 5 – 12 months out, an Auto-Payment Plan on credit card is available, allowing 4 – 6 equal payments for up to 6 months.
- We are always happy to add more tickets to your order, at the same group rate, if you need a few more and we have them available. Please let Paul Hiatt know as soon as possible, so we may seat your group together. Additional tickets can be mailed out or held the Box Office for day-of pick-up.

Is bus parking available for our group?
When booking your group order, please let us know if your group is coming on a bus (and how many), so security may keep track of their arrival.
Bus parking is available in areas around the theatre. Please call or email Paul, prior to your show date, and we can discuss some possible easy parking ideas for your bus and driver.
Upon arrival, your bus driver should watch for directions from security, if entering the drop-off lane and plan to disembark at the far end of the lane, so that we can also accommodate other cars as they pull up to drop-off, as well.

For the possibility of a post-show gathering at PPAC (up to 60 people), depending on schedules and prior bookings, Paul may be able to rent your group the Lobby Lounge (off main lobby) and would be happy to discuss that with you.
