Please note that MOST group discounts are based on a minimum of 20 tickets being ordered for one show / one performance date/time. (Some shows have a minimum group size of 10 or 15, so call or email for more details).

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
*Groups must have a minimum of 20 people attending a select show and performance time (unless specified otherwise on the invoice).
*A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required with a signed copy of the invoice to reserve seating.
In addition to the deposit, we will schedule up to 3 additional payments within 3 months until order is paid in full.
*Reserved seating is assigned according to the date the deposit is received.
Payment may be made in the form of a company check, money order, or major credit card.
Personal checks are not accepted for group payment less than 15 days before the performance.
*Final payment is due 90 days from the date of deposit, or 60 days prior to the show; whichever comes first.
All orders booked within 30 days of show require payment in full at time of order.
*Number of tickets may be increased prior to final payment and are subject to availability.
We will try to put additional ticket order close to your original reservation, if possible.
If required minimum of tickets is not met, then the discount will not apply and tickets will revert to full price.
Group tickets may not be exchanged for another performance and are non-refundable except for canceled performances.
*PPAC reserves the right to impose a 10% penalty charge of the full contract amount for any late or unforeseen cancellations.
A penalty fee may be imposed if the original order is reduced by 50 tickets or more.
*A $1.25 Group Fee / Service Charge will be added per ticket for all group orders.
*Tickets are mailed, or available to pick-up at the Box Office, upon payment in full.

PPAC SHOW SHUTTLE DINNER / SHOW PACKAGE INFORMATION

Providence Performing Arts Center and Davenport's Restaurant in East Providence proudly announce the return of the Show Shuttle Dinner / Show Package program. When you sign up for a Show Shuttle package, you receive orchestra seating for each show in the package, dinner (includes salad, entree, non-alcoholic beverages, dessert, tax, tip), and roundtrip transportation from the restaurant on lovely antique-styled trolleys.
