How do I book a group?
Contact PPAC Group Sales by phone, email or online request form. Let me know what events you are interested in attending and I will give you all the info you need to put your group order together. PPAC Group Sales can be reached at 401-574-3162, or by email.
I don’t quite have a group of 10-20 or more. What can I do?
PPAC Group Sales helps you build your group with flyers of pricing and seating information on the show of your choice. Easily share show details with group members by email, or have me mail or fax you a copy. Additional promo items may also be available.
What is the payment process?
Once you decide on an event, performance date, seating area and estimated number, we will put your seats on reservation with a deposit of 25% of the total order.
Over the next 3 months, or up to 60 days prior to show date, you will pay the remaining balance with up to 3 additional payments. Credit card for deposit payment is the best option, but PPAC will hold seats under your group name for up to two weeks while awaiting deposit, if by check. (Policy may vary by show.)
Is bus parking available for our group?
Yes! Have your driver drop the group off right under the theatre marquee and our security staff will assist with information and directions for bus parking. Parking is free right near the theatre. Just let me know if you are coming on a bus, at the time of the order, and I will let the security captain know ahead of time.
What other ways can we make our group event unique?
Ask me about the opportunity for pre-show and post-show special events, such as Q and A talkbacks with cast members, often offered to Group Sales clients. Our Lobby Lounge, just off the Grand Lobby, is available post-show for tapas or desserts and coffee, and accommodates parties up to 60.
For a pre-show gathering of appetizers, drinks or full dinner, our private Marquee Room on the third floor accommodates up to 100, with a fantastic catering menu available.
